Returns and Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love your PETT experience! If for any reason you don't, simply return your order within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

To start the return process, you'll need to enter your PETT order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email. After that, you'll be prompted to select the size or color you need. Please note that some items may be ineligible for exchange. If your item is ineligible or you need assistance with fit, please reach out to our Customer Experience team.

RETURN POLICY - PETT BEDS

PETT will provide refund or replacement for any manufacturer defects or incorrectly shipped items.

Our website includes detailed sizing, dimensions, and fabric descriptions to help you make your purchase decision. Please refer to the “Sizing Guide” within the product page for each design, and the “Our Fabrics” section for further fabric specifications.

If you have a concern with any of our products, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to support@pettclothing.com. Please include an explanation and specify the product, along with images of the potential defect or issue.

All returns to PETT must be approved and include the Purchase Order Number provided. Return instructions will be provided with your Purchase Order Number.

Please allow 4 – 6 weeks to process your return and issue a refund.

WARRANTY - PETT BEDS

All of our products are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the highest standard of quality.

If you have a concern with any of our products, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to support@pettclothing.com. Please include an explanation and specify the product, along with images of the potential defect or issue.

In the event that a defect has been confirmed after review by our Quality Assurance team, PETT will provide a refund, replacement item or suitable substitute.

Please allow 14 business days to process any approved refunds.

Please note: although PETT beds are made with the highest quality and strength upholstery fabrics, we cannot warranty beds that have been damaged due to chewing.

SHIPPING TERMS

PETT ships via UPS Ground throughout Canada and the Contiguous United States. To request an international shipping quote, please email support@pettclothing.com.

Please allow 10 – 14 days from order date to receive your order. This lead time may change during peak periods from October to December.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email including your invoice, and UPS tracking information.

Please allow 24 – 48 hours for your tracking to show activity.

PETT makes every effort to accurately display Products on the Site. However, displayed colors may depend upon the quality of a user’s monitor, and PETT cannot guarantee that a user’s monitor will accurately display the color of the products. In addition, minor variances may occur to fabrics due to die lots.
