Returns and Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love your PETT experience! If for any reason you don't, simply return your order within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

To start the return process, you'll need to enter your PETT order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email. After that, you'll be prompted to select the size or color you need. Please note that some items may be ineligible for exchange. If your item is ineligible or you need assistance with fit, please reach out to our Customer Experience team.

USE OUR SIMPLE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PORTAL HERE: 

  1. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, with no pet hair, with all the tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. All tags must be attached.
  3. We accept returns within 15 days of delivery of the products. If 15 days have gone by since the delivery of the item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.
  4. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    In case item was defective, shipping costs will be at our expense.
  5. To complete your return, please provide an order number. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.

Damages and issues

  1. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
1.   Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds
1.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus shipping costs.
