How do I properly clean the merchandise I bought before I return it? 

Remove dog hair and dirst using a lint brush, masking tape, or a vacuum cleaner without roller brushes. We recommend you skip the wash, there is no need to wash items before sending them back.

What if I missed the exchange window?

You can still mail your return with the provided label to receive a refund. Contact our Customer Experience team to get started on the process.

I received my order and it’s the wrong size. How do I exchange it for a different size?

If you do determine that you need a different size or color, you'll be able to select an exchange item as part of the return process. You'll be able to print your return shipping label and then track your return status all in the same place. Mailing your return is the final step that will trigger your exchange order.

Items must be in new, resalable condition. PETT will issue a credit for the amount of the returned item(s) within three to five business days of receipt. However, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Can I make changes or cancel an order I just placed?

Unfortunately, we can't change or cancel orders after they have been placed and sent to our fulfillment center. We recommend following our return process and selecting "Exchange" to request a different size or color.

Why did some of my items not arrive?

Some items will always ship separately due to either size or shipping location. You should have received two shipping confirmations each with their own tracking.

It's been a while since I sent my return back to PETT and tracking shows that it was already delivered. Why haven't I received my refund?

If you initiated your return through our returns and exchanges center you can view the status by logging back in to the returns portal.

PETT will issue a credit for the amount of the returned item(s) within 3-5 business days of receipt. However, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

I received my order but the wrong item was in the package, now what?

Please head to our Returns and Exchanges page and enter your order number from your order confirmation email to jump right to the specific order. You can also find your order number by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Select "Wrong Item Sent" as your return reason. Select "Exchange" then select the same size/color so we can get you the correct item. Your replacement will be on its way, and you can print a shipping label to mail back the incorrect item.

Does PETT donate to non-profit organizations? How can I submit a donation request?

PETT wants to make a difference and save many rescue animals since so many of them don't recieve the proper care. Making sure they recieve the right care and eventually end up in a home is one of our many goals. PETT is dedictaed to protecting dogs.

For our resources to have the greatest impact, we currently partner with a select group of organizations to work toward these shared goals.

One of the main organizations we work with is The Asher House. You can visit their webiste to make a donation or purchase one of our many items which in turn creates a percentage we will donate to The Asher House and many other organizations that help rescue dogs.

Does PETT ship internationally?

PETT Clothing currently ships orders within the U.S., to U.S. territories, and APO addresses only.

When will my order ship?

Orders that are placed on pettclotjhing.com Monday through Friday before 10 am Pacific Time will ship the same business day. Orders that are placed after 10 am Pacific Time will ship the next business day.

Where does PETT manufacture its products?

Our fabrics are manufactured in warehouses in Hong Kong. 

What size should I order for my growing puppy?

Puppies grow quickly and that means their size might still be changing. While your pup’s growth will depend on its breed, many larger dogs may not hit their full size and weight till around 12 to 18 months!

For PETT clothing, we always recommend sizing based on your pup’s current chest girth to make sure they are getting a comfortable and functional fit. Clothing that is sized too large can cause chafing or slipping.

When will something that shows out of stock be back?

We work like dogs to have great gear available but sometimes items are temporarily sold out.

Be the first to know when your size and color are ready to order by signing up for a back-in-stock notification. Start by logging in or creating an account. On the product page, select your color and size combination then click "Notify me when it's back in stock" just above the Add to Cart button.
